Eucharistic Procession Filming

Deacon Scott Maentz Parish News

During the weekend of November 13th and 14th, Holy Ghost Church hosted the Knights of Columbus Supreme Director of Catholic Information Services Robert Nayden along with Spirit Juice Studios productions. Their visit consisted of filming a training video for parish sponsored Eucharistic processions that will be shared with Dioceses across the county in cooperation with the USCCB’s ongoing Eucharistic Revival Program.

Holy Ghost was selected by the Knights of Columbus Supreme headquarters under the recommendation of Jimmy Dee, Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation for the Knights of Columbus here in Tennessee. The day consisted of filming the various parts of planning and implementation of a Eucharistic procession on a parish campus and around a community. Holy Ghost parishioners, joined by the Holy Ghost Knights of Columbus Council #16523, dedicated their weekend to help make the filming of the video a great success.

The Knights of Columbus Supreme Councils, along with the Knights of Columbus Tennessee State Council, wishes to extend their tremendous gratitude to Fr. Bill McNeely and all those who participated in the activities. Holy Ghost’s strong faith and welcoming hospitality was the star of the show in this amazing opportunity to share God’s grace and true presence in the Eucharist.
