Mass setting for ordinary time

Mary C. Weaver Music and liturgy, Music for Mass

On Monday, January 11, the Church returns to ordinary time, although we’ll spend only a short time there since Ash Wednesday—the start of Lent—falls on February 17.

During ordinary time we’ll sing the Mass setting, or “ordinary” (Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus, Agnus Dei, etc.), our parish has been using for more than 10 years. This setting is all in English, with the exception of the Greek Kyrie.

You can download a pdf copy of the ordinary here.
