Here are some of the proper texts—those that change with every Sunday or solemnity—to be sung on November 22, the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, year A:

Introit: How worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and divinity and wisdom and strength and honor. To him belong glory and power for ever and ever. (Revelation 5:12; 1:6)

Responsorial psalm: The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want. (Psalm 23:1-2)

Offertory: Ask of me, and I will give you the nations for an inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession. (Psalm 2:8)

Communion: Amen I say to you: in as much as you have done it to one of the least of these, my brethren, you have done it to me. Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the beginning of the world. (Matthew 25:4, 6)

Recessional hymn: Jesus Shall Reign (click to download; the pdf will appear in a new tab or window)
